About me
Hi, I’m Marcian!
The business idea for Trinity Club was born from the owner’s curiosity as an adolescent about cakes and pastries. She experimented every summer holiday to create new products. She grew tired of her mediocre life and asked God why she was created. Her love for baking grew into scribbling recipes from magazines, newspapers, and food containers. The owner honed her skills by making cakes and desserts for her family and friends. She developed a reputation for tasty cakes and desserts and went on to pursue further studies at the University of Technology, Jamaica. There, she obtained monetary awards, certificates, and trophies for cakes she had baked and decorated for competitions. She also won the top student award for her year group cohort. After working as a Production Supervisor at the Brick Oven (formerly of Devon House) for five years and then as the Manager/Production Supervisor at their Montego Bay Brick Oven branch, she was encouraged by her family members and friends to make it into a business.
